Within this section of the update, the Iris visualization engine functionality is fully integrated into the main workspace for greater operational flexibility. Extensive enhancements to plotting, visualization and customization have been made to improve the efficiency and results of DIC analysis. The expanded Plotting Tools panel, with its Sequence tab, provides the ability to display patches as well as show, hide, and customize wireframe grids on 3D plots, making it easier to compare DIC and FEA data at the node level. At the same time, the new system supports exporting the highest quality media, images, PDFs, and very high quality video up to 4K directly from the workspace.
